Will-Call $250 Min Order
Client picks up rental items and returns them at a scheduled time. Safe and adequate transportation of rental items must be available. Please note, certain items require us to deliver and set up.

Delivery | $1,000 Min Order
If the $1,000 minimum rental order is met, we offer complimentary delivery in McCall, Donnelly, or Cascade. If the $1,000 minimum is not met, a $150 delivery fee is added. For deliveries outside of our complimentary range, we charge a $150 flat fee + $3/mile. Items to be dropped within 20’ of truck.

Full Service | $2,500 Min Order
Let our event staff take care of it all. From delivery and prep to set up and tear down. If the $2,500 event minimum is not met, we charge an additional $500 for full service event rentals. Event staff time for set up is $50/hour.

Every client receives a free initial consultation + event rental proposal. Reach out and let’s get started!

Don’t feel like setting everything up? We charge $50/hour during regular business hours. For after hour services (between 12am - 8am) we charge $80/hour.
