I need a higher quantity of a rental item. Are more available?

If you need additional items, please contact us. We may be able to order more items for your event.

Can I make changes to my order?

As long as the items are available in our inventory, you can make quantity or addition changes to your order up to two weeks before your event date. All orders are final and no changes can be made 14 days out from your event.

Do I have to wash everything myself?

No, we wash everything for you! You will need to scrape and rinse the plates and silverware to remove any food before packing the items back into their crates of bins. Linens should be dried to prevent mildew.

Do you serve outside of Valley County, Idaho?

Absolutely! We love to travel. There will be additional charges for events held outside of Valley County, Idaho based on mileage, length of event, and other factors. Please reach out if your event is outside of Valley County and we can talk it through together.

Can I request a specific item that is not in your inventory?

McCall Event Co is always looking to grow our inventory! Send us photos of what you are looking for and we would be happy to look into adding these items to our collection. If we cannot offer you a certain item, we can suggest something comparable or refer you to another great rental company in the area.

Can I see your collection in person?

We can certainly schedule an in person visit for you to see the items in person for an additional hourly rate. Start with a wishlist and request an in person visit with our collection.

What if I break something?

Accidents happen! We will inspect the damaged items and determine if they can be repaired or if they will need to be replaced. The cost to repair or replace as well as shipping will be passed along to you. Some items are only available in bulk which means you will be responsible for the entire order. Our full terms of service and a rental agreement will be sent to you prior to any rental reservations being made.

Who sets up my rentals?

If you added setup on your contract with the McCall Event Co., our wonderful team will setup for you. If not, setup is often handled by any of the following but not limited to, wedding planning and assistance, coordinator, venue event staff, or catering staff. Who breaks down and cleans up my rental items after my event?

Ultimately it is the responsibility of the client to make sure all rental items are returned to appropriate transportation bins and gathered together in one central location for our delivery team to pickup. We recommend you have communicated this to your appointed “clean up crew”. However, if you hired us for “Full-Service” event rentals, we will handle event breakdown and clean up of your rental items.
